For this project, I chose to create a vessel for my PS5 controller. Not only is it something that I have in my hands almost everyday when I play video games, but it is a beautiful design object. I thought it would be interesting to contrast the clean curves of the controller with the straight lines and hard edges of the vessel.
For this vessel, I chose to use 1/8″ acrylic as the measurement for the thickness of my vessel. Clear acrylic would wake for a very interesting vessel that keeps the focus on the form of the controller.
